If you are in a hurry, then may I recommend to you that use any major airline like North West Airlines or even American Eagle can take you there.

If you are going by yourself, then the most affordable way will be flying out of burbank or taking Greyhound from Pasadena or downtown.
If you are going with one or two other people, then driving will be cheaper.
Do a Kayak search to compare prices on all airlines out of Burbank.

southwest ding fare from BUR to LAS for $45 one-way, much better than bus.

Megabus. Dirt cheap. Check it out, They run buses from La to Vegas daily.
